Green apple martini on St. Paddy’s day

Ireland 2009

Ireland 2009

Vodka dolls, St. Paddy’s day is here and you know what that means right? A lot of awful drinks being drunk just because they are green in colour. Dolls this craziness ends here; we still need to put our taste buds first. This year try a classic green apple martini to honor the Irish folk. I myself am half Irish, I have even been to Ireland to experience its beauty first hand and if there is one thing I know for sure, the Irish would prefer drinkers to enjoy themselves even if it means wearing green and drinking your favourite colourless cocktail.  For the best of both worlds, I recommend trying my green apple martini, just follow the directions below.

Green Apple Martini

1 1/2 ounces of vodka

1/2 of green apple sourz

1 ounce of freshly made lemon/lime mix.

Shake it up in a martini shaker, pour it into a frosted martini glass and garnish with a four leaf clover, if you are lucky enough to find one.
