Happy Easter vodka dolls! For a yummy Easter martini that should only be drunk once in a while as a special treat, try my famous Easter Bunny Martini. I made this for my mom & all moms out there who take the time to hide chocolate eggs around their house for little boys and girls to find on Easter morning. Why not hide eggs while enjoying a treat of your own? You never know, maybe you will be a little more creative with your hiding spots.
Easter Bunny Marshmallow Martini
1 1/2 ounces Absolut Vanilla vodka
1 ounce of Amarula
1/2 ounces of Kahlua
2/3 ounces heavy cream
Combine all ingredients into a martini shaker, along with lots of ice, shake well and strain into a martini glass that has a sugar rim. Garnish with a yellow bunny, preferably something that is editable.

The best way to enjoy vodka is starting with a mix that suits your taste buds, be it sweet, salty, spicy or sour/bitter and choose a dish that complements the mix. It may not be as easy as pairing beverages like beer, sake or wine, but once you understand the characteristics of vodka and their mixers you will always know which food works best.
